How to Order?


Steps:
1. Select Interested item(s), note down the item code(s) and email us at fairladyemail@gmail.com
2. Provide us with your name, the item code(s) , quantity of each item, your mailing address and your email address. 
3. Once we received your order email, we will respond back within 24 hrs after calculating the payment that you need to pay. 
4. We will provide you our bank account details. Kindly inform us once payment is done. After that all you need to do is wait for your item to reach you.

Payment:
Preorder: Order will only be sent to supplier upon receiving payment via bank transfer. (Please check with us via email for the account number for bank transfer)
Existing Stocks: Once payment is received via bank transfer, we will mail out the item to you.


All prices are in Nett prices and we absorb all postage and delivery charges.

Note:
Please check the measurement chart carefully.
Because of different producing batches, there may be deviation of 2~3 cm.





We will mail out our items by normal mail. For registered mail, customers will need to pay extra $2.50 per mail. 

Please note that due to limitations in photography and the inevitable differences in monitor settings, the colors shown in the photograph may not correspond 100% to those in the items themselves.

Terms and Conditions:

All pre-order items is subjected to stock availability.
In cases where the pre-order item has run out of stock, the customer will be given the choice for a full refund, or they will be given the chance to choose another item for pre-order/purchase.

Estimated stock waiting time for Pre-order items would be 2-3weeks after the pre-order period ends.
 

Please confirm the size table before purchasing.We are not responsible for sizes that do not fit ,as we have stated the detail measurements as well as the size for each listing. 


We are not held responsible if the items differ from the photos on our blog/facebook.
To ensure our customers receive products free from defects, we check to ensure all our products do not have defects like spoilt zips and other production defects that causes the item to be unable to perform its function. (Eg. for wearing)


Once we have mailed out the items to customers, no refund/exchange/return is allowed.
